Convert your passion into persistence.
Lot of times people start a thing as side hustle/ side business/ hobby / time pass activity by just in joke or lite mood but by time it turns into big empire. The logic behind is not the brand which they work or not the product which they introduced. It is purely their persistentency of win which develops a small innovative string into big network.
There are several examples exist about this theory like Starbucks.
Starbucks established by some students of San Francisco university to sell fresh roasted coffee beans and prepare the hot coffee like cappuccino , Mocha , Espresso and flat white. It was 1971 and place was Seattle where a small corner of street smells first fragrance of this freshly crushed coffee beans. Today Starbucks have 31900 branches in 35+ countries. Isn't amazing? Yes it is , but it have big hard work and persistence story.
Developing of traits is real thing which made things possible. let's see how we can convert the things in our own favour. Just start with let's say blogging and took it as passion. Now when we take anything at passion level then we learn to perform better and accurate. Our passion will force us to read more before writing which definitely gives more knowledge, ideas and opportunities. In passion our writing skills will be polished, sharped and vocabulary will enhance. We will be able to extract the right meaning of any script and drive it with vision. Your intensity is key on first level.
On second stage convert your passion into persistence. It will save you from downfalls which often happens. Persistence ia sign of brave, commanding and visionary people where they took stand on his own principles. If we don't have persistence then may we gave up on any stage. A self commitment " I will/ can do it" is best continuum letter to ownself. Blogging itself is not hard but need time , research and accomplishments. If our persistence grew up with modules then you will feel the taste while writing at this stage. It will amuse you and gives you pleasure/ Joyce and satisfaction.
At third stage more focus should be on development. Curving the passion and persistence into development will build the empire because the output time reached. The various types of needs / requirements will meet and we can go through because of our previous history about passion. It is time to flex your feather, focus on visibility, focus on your audience and give them best worth of their time. The ultimate gain in shape of wealth , fame and dignity will be in reward soon.
Don't be panic about wealth, build the traits. Wealth will flow automatically. Castles never made by bricks only but made by good traits.
