The reason was the use of mobile phone for many hours in the dark, due to which this 30-year-old woman had to fight with blindness for 18 months.
The woman's doctor told about this problem with the help of Twitter and also shared the symptoms and ways to avoid it.

Smartphone vision disorder is an eye problem caused by prolonged use of digital screens. In this one has to face problems related to eyes and vision.
This is a problem which is increasing rapidly. This is because of the continuous and prolonged use of mobile phones and tabs.
How can smartphones protect eyes from vision syndrome?
Dr. Sudhir Kumar also shared an important message at the end for those who use smartphones on a daily basis. He told that do not use your digital device for a long time, because it can seriously damage your eyes and problems related to vision can also start.
Take a break of 20 seconds every 20 minutes and keep the digital screen at a distance of 20 feet. This is also called the 20-20-20 rule.

Always keep the fonts and brightness of the laptop screen at a comfortable level so that there is no strain on the eyes. Adjust your screen settings properly.

It is especially important to keep an eye on children's screens. Eyes get tired due to excessive looking at the screen and they do not get enough rest. So be sure to think about eye comfort.

The 30-year-old woman was blind for about one-and-a-half years after using her mobile phone for hours in the dark. The doctor from Hyderabad who treated this woman also shared her symptoms.
He told that if you also use the phone for a long time, then be alert if you are feeling floaters, spots in vision, flashes of bright light, zig-zag lines and difficulty in focusing on something. . The doctor tweeted what had happened to the woman and how she was treated.
