Why I Joined Bulb

Hi, my name is Sid. Starting my journey here with a simple post:
- One-sided benefits: Most blogging platforms offers one-sided benefits. Meaning only the writer gets paid. The reader, on the other hand, gets nothing for consuming the information. Blubb is a fresh take on that.
- Simple editor: Quite a no-brainer here. Reason Substack was popular despite WordPress existing for decades was quite simple: they made it simple for the writers to write. Bulb's editor is simple, clean, and does nothing less or more.
- Community: As simple as it sounds, I feel like we have gone back to early 2010. We saw blogging as a way to share stories with each other. Before I was a professional blogger, I vividly remember how we operated together. First, I would publish a post and then go to my other blogger friend's website — read the article and drop a comment — and build a good bonding over time. This is possible within Bulb.
As simple as it sounds, these 3 points are powerful enough when combined. Imagine everyone benefits financially, writes regularly, and bonds over stories while transferring knowledge to each other.
Cheers,
Sid
