My Story of Meeting NFT

In June 2021, on the advice of my friend, I downloaded the VeVe app on my phone and met nft. In VeVe, nft of some known brands (Marvel, disney, DC ...) were offered for public sale on a daily basis. Whoever was fastest in the public sale won. The winners saw their NFTs on the VeVe app after about 1 hour. If you wanted to sell the NFT, you could sell it in $ via the VeVe application. This is how I met NFT. At that time I didn't know that the name of this sector was NFT. Every day I was trying to be fast on VeVe to mint and sell NFTs and this lasted for 2 months.


One day, while browsing Instagram, I saw that someone bought a lion picture and sold it 2 days later for 3 times the price. While looking at the tags there, NFT caught my eye. I immediately started researching and found out that the products we buy and sell in our VeVe application are NFTs. I immediately explained the situation to my friend who introduced me to VeVe. At that time, there were no Blur or other nft markets yet. Everyone was using Opensea and there was a high initial fee to list products on Opensea. About 100-150$ you first paid this fee for Opensea, then when you wanted to list a project's product you paid a different fee for it, it was a much lower price. All of this meant cost for me. I had some savings and after 2 days of research I decided to trade not only on VeVe but also on the Opensea platform. It was a difficult decision for me because all the money I had was that savings. I was living with my parents and my mom didn't want me to invest that money in the NFT industry. I thought the NFT industry was new and it was going to take off, so I invested all my savings in the NFT industry.




After that, I started to review projects both on VeVe and Opensea. Obviously, I was a beginner and I didn't know what to look for in the NFT I was going to buy. Nevertheless, with beginner's luck, I managed to buy a few projects right at the beginning and multiply my money. Since then, I have been involved with NFTs and I plan to tell here day by day about the positive and negative events I experienced in NFT.
