Marathon of Feelings.
In the silence of dawn, the race begins,
A marathon of feelings, running deep within.
Each step a heartbeat, each breath a sigh,
Emotions rising like the morning sky.
The starting line marked with love’s embrace,
That fleeting moment, that tender grace.
A warmth so pure, it fills the air,
Yet fragile as whispers, it lingers there.
With every stride, excitement grows,
A rush of joy, a river that flows.
It dances wild, it takes the lead,
Pushing forward, filling every need.
But soon, the climb of doubt appears,
A hill so steep, built from fears.
Will I endure? Will I survive?
The weight of worry makes me strive.
Anger comes, like a stormy gale,
Pounding the pavement, heavy and frail.
The pounding of fists, the fiery stare,
I run through it, gasping for air.
Jealousy lurks, a shadow so cold,
Its grip tightens with stories untold.
Why do others seem to fly,
While my legs feel stuck in the mire of sky?
But then comes hope, a gentle breeze,
Carrying whispers through the trees.
It lifts me up when I am weak,
Gives me strength, the peace I seek.
Loneliness waits on the path ahead,
Its silence echoes, its color dead.
No cheering crowds, no friendly face,
Just the empty road and endless space.
Yet through the darkness, faith appears,
A guiding light, dissolving fears.
It holds my hand, it runs with me,
It whispers, “Endure, and you will be free.”
With every mile, I grow and learn,
Through twists and turns, I yearn and burn.
The miles of sadness, the valleys of pain,
All washed away by the cleansing rain.
Gratitude follows, steady and strong,
Its pace unwavering, its journey long.
For every tear, for every fall,
I find the beauty in it all.
Happiness dances by my side,
With every step, my heart opens wide.
It spreads its wings, it lifts me high,
I soar above the clouds in the sky.
As I near the end, exhaustion grips,
My breath is shallow, trembling lips.
But in my chest, a fire still glows,
A testament to all I chose.
Love returns, as the finish line nears,
Wiping away my doubts and fears.
It welcomes me home with open arms,
Filling me once more with its gentle charms.
The marathon of feelings, wild and true,
A journey within, a world to pursue.
With every step, I grow, I change,
Emotions vast, their range so strange.
For in this race, there is no end,
The path of feelings twists and bends.
But through it all, I stand tall,
Embracing each rise, enduring each fall.
So I keep running, through joy and pain,
Through sunny skies and pounding rain.
For this is life, a marathon of hearts,
Where every feeling plays its part.
And though I may falter, though I may fear,
I know that love is alway
s near.
It guides me forward, through the strife,
In this endless marathon called life.
