Word of the day - Week 2 2025
Each week I try and post a summary of words that have been lingering around in my prayers, meditations, readings, thoughts, interactions, etc. Posting these words helps me to set specific intentions, reflect on different topics, and connect with my inner knowing on a deeper level. I explain what each word meant to me in that specific week. With these posts, I want to encourage others to be more aware of their thoughts and feelings, and to put more intent into their lives by reflecting (and possibly) writing about their experiences. I am hoping the intentional art of writing will be brought to everyone. Writing has changed my life in many different ways. I wish for you the same 🪷

This past week secluded the second week of the year. I wanted to kick in my week of new routines, but didn't manage to keep up. Trying again in week 3 🎯

Learn Traditional Balanced Letter
The words of the second week of the year were a bit drowsy. Winter is not the most energetic period. It does give great landscape scenery, but for productivity its something else. How do you deal with productivity when the season doesn't allow you to?
Keeping an open mind to life. Keeping an open heart to others. Being lightly sceptical to all truth. Changing your mind or opinion to help you grow. Leaving space to learn and to transform 🌱
Been playing around with many concepts asking for traditional or controversial perspectives. For example: faith isn't something that we connect on anymore. In so many ways the world has been divided and common ground isn’t something we can find anymore.
A balanced life, a balanced mind, a balanced action: its an act of knowing what both extreme ends of the spectrum feel like, and finding the middle spot at least 80% of the time. Or is it being on both extreme ends for an equal amount of times? What do you think balance means? ⚖️
I find it interesting to know that a letter can be so different in so many languages. In some its just 1 solo letter, in others a letter can imply a whole concept in and out of itself. The word letter also refers to a collection of written words to be send to someone else. Do you still write letters to others? E-mail doesn’t count 😜
