Try to acknowledge your thoughts
Mindfulness involves paying attention to your thoughts as they arise and reflecting on how they affect you. Any negative thoughts that you observe or witness can be challenged and reassessed.

Positive affirmations
Affirmations are short, positive statements that you can post in plain sight to remind yourself how awesome you are on a regular basis. The more specific you are, the better. Colorful sticky notes are ideal for this activity.

Consider the evidence

Setting reasonable, manageable goals can help you set yourself up for success. While pushing yourself is important, setting unrealistic or lofty goals can lead to disappointment and failure. Of course, whenever you achieve your objectives, try to celebrate your accomplishments.
