The Words of Week 9 '24
Word of the day - Week 9 2024
Each week I post a summary of words that have been lingering around in my prayers, meditations, thoughts, interactions, etc. Posting these words helps me to set specific intentions, reflect on different topics, and connect with my inner knowing on a deeper level. I explain what each word meant to me in that specific week. With these posts, I want to encourage others to be more aware of their thoughts and feelings, and to put more intent into their lives by reflecting (and possibly) writing about their experiences. I am hoping the intentional art of writing will be brought to everyone. Writing has changed my life in many different ways. I wish for you the same πͺ·

The past weeks were just a bit wobbly. I didn't get the energy to post the summery of word of the week here on Bulb. I did post daily on my instagram (check my profile). I'm still sharing it after 2 weeks.
The words of week 9
Familiarize Slow Fearless Enjoyment Decisive
The words of this week made me connect with topics deep within myself about fear, knowing yourself, trusting where you are in life, experiencing joy and deciding to go for those dreams.
Familiarize yourself with yourself π
Going slow is fast enough. Trust and respect your own process π¦₯
Coming to terms with the fact that fear is an emotion that will never go away. So instead of wanting to be fearless, now I focus on how to shift the fear into something else. Feeling it, but doing the things anyway π₯
The simple things in life, like sitting in a small park and soaking up the first sun rays after winter is pure enjoyment. In what things do you find intentional joy π
Deciding even if you might make the wrong choice - its better than staying in the freeze soon and living at all. Decisiveness is what keeps the motor going ποΈ
I love playing with words and written language. Especially discovering words and lingo I don't often use. Feel free to drop any words you have been feeling into the past (few) week(s) in the comments. Who knows we might learn from each other πͺ·
I wish you a great new weekβ£οΈ
