Yesterday me and my friends have a great dinner together and we cook together .Food is something everyone needs to stay strong and healthy. It’s like fuel for our bodies, just like petrol is for cars. We eat different types of food like fruits, vegetables, grains, meat, and dairy products. Fruits like apples and bananas are sweet and good for our health. Vegetables like carrots and spinach make us strong. Grains such as rice, wheat, and oats give us energy to play. Meat from animals like chicken, beef, and fish is rich in proteins for growing muscles. Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt are full of calcium for strong bones. We should eat a colorful mix of these food every day to get all the vitamins and minerals our body needs. Eating at regular times also helps our body work best. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are important, and a small snack can be good too
But remember, too much of anything can be bad. So, we should not overeat candies, chips, or ice cream even if they taste yummy. Eating healthily makes us feel good, learn better at school, and enjoy fun activities with our friends. Remember, good food leads to a good mood
