Is the Naruto series over now?

As of my last update in January 2022, the main storyline of the Naruto series had concluded with the original manga and its subsequent anime adaptation. The narrative followed the journey of Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja striving to become the strongest ninja and leader of his village, while also exploring themes of friendship, perseverance, and redemption. The series wrapped up with Naruto achieving his goals and bringing peace to the ninja world after overcoming numerous challenges, including battling powerful adversaries and confronting his own inner demons.

While the main series concluded, the Naruto franchise continued to expand with spin-off manga, novels, movies, video games, and other media. Additionally, a sequel series titled "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" was launched, focusing on the next generation of ninja, including Naruto's son Boruto Uzumaki. This sequel series continued to explore the world established in Naruto while introducing new characters and storylines.

Therefore, while the original Naruto series reached its conclusion, the franchise continued to thrive through various forms of media, ensuring that fans could continue to enjoy the rich and vibrant ninja world created by Masashi Kishimoto.
