Good Morning Bulb Family!

Greetings, everyone!

Introduction

Finally, I’m here. I’m late, I know, and I apologize. But please, don’t remind me of that. I’m angry and super frustrated not with you, but with the people I’ve been dealing with. It’s the eve of celebration, but my morning has been far from good. A frustrated devil is battling some consequences. I need to let this frustration out, or I won’t feel okay. So, what should I do? Come on, shine yourself and give me some advice.

Tell me what can help?

Now, I think it's time to delve into today's topic. But before I begin, if you haven't checked out my previous articles, I encourage you to do so.

Beast is sleeping inside us but it’s not Dead

Wait a minute! You don’t even know that, do you? I’m asking for some advice, and it seems like you people don’t have any either. So, why don’t I ask the Devil? Yes, I’ll answer that. Now, you’ll criticize me for the questions I asked earlier. Well, I asked for some changes or new policies maybe something invented by you people. For millennia, I’ve seen people frustrated. They’ve always used different ways to reduce their anger. Let’s dive into today’s topic about frustrating behaviors.
People get frustrated or offended, and then to cope, they use these methods. Don’t laugh.

Shouting

It’s a common thing. From babies to old folks, everyone screams like hell. But here’s the difference: when you shout in joy like achieving a new goal, getting 1BCH you shout with wonder. But when you shout in frustration, you’re letting all that anger burst out. Your face turns red, and with full energy, you let it out. That’s what we call shouting. And trust me, it does help reduce frustration.

Smashing Things

One of my favorite Marvel characters is Hulk. Why? Because this guy smashes things like he doesn’t care. Even the coolest, most expensive cars end up in trash land after Hulk’s done smashing them. We’re not green guys, but we do smash things when we’re frustrated. People who do this make a huge mess count me in too. Nothing is safe around frustrated folks smartphones, laptops, showpieces nothing. I’ve seen people smashing TVs after losing a friendly match. How pathetic, but also funny! Yes, we resort to these methods to deal with frustration.

Crying

Effective and unavoidable. Too much happiness and too much anger flood our eyes with tears. People cry, and I’ll say they cry a lot. In a frustrated life with poor processes, a stressed soul often sheds tears. It’s sad but true. Our emotional state is closely tied to this. Happiness, sadness, frustration everything connects with tears. It helps reduce the pain. The only true remedy for everyone. Sorry, I feel exactly how you do.

Remaining Silent

Gloomy weather-like feelings. Some people choose silence to deal with their frustrations. After incidents that frustrate them, they retreat into a corner or stay silent. They replay the whole scenario in their heads. It’s a kind of meditation for them. A hijack may happen next, but that person won’t respond unless they take a deep breath and decide to move on. This approach isn’t my type.

We all get frustrated, and I’m not here to make you feel down. It’s a part of life. We can’t run away from it, but we can deal with it in easy ways. Keep smiling.

Ending Thoughts

Until we meet again, stay curious, stay connected, and above all, stay true to yourself.
