Hard skills Vs Soft skills

The essential skills you need to succeed as a person or business.

This is why you(Person/ Business) don't succeed in your field while others do.

You learn only hard skills, learn soft skills as well. Would you rather learn a hard skill and have no soft skill? I'd learn both.

My reason is below.

But wait what are hard skills and soft skills Hard skills are skills that let you tackle specific job roles and responsibilities.

They are skills that could be learned through courses or training. Examples are copywriting, web design, content writing, cloud computing, graphics design, the list is unending.

Soft skills are people skills, I call it people skills because they are learnt by people to help them interact. They are very common skills but also really powerful skills. Examples are communication, leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation, the list is unending too.

Most of these skills are taught in schools while some have to be learnt as we grow.

Would you as a person or business succeed with only hard skills? No, you won't. You need to have soft skills as well because they help you as a person and as a business to interact with people and for business, your target audience.

With soft skills, you can thrive as a digital creator and a business owner.
