how are you all I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. Alhamdulillah, I am also very well with Allah's mercy and your prayers. In fact, due to the busyness of studies, I don't watch a lot of drama movies now. But the play I am thinking of reviewing today is a very educational play. Everyone who acted in this drama is very dear to me. My favorite actors and actresses are Mosharraf Karim and Tanya Barshi in the lead role of this drama. Whenever I get a chance, I watch their dramas very easily. I like the acting of these two very much. In fact, just like there is a difference between people, there is a lot of difference in the performance of each person. I like the performances of these two people.

Summary of the story
In the beginning of the play, supervisor Mosharraf Karim aka Akash Mollah is standing outside the garment factory and talking on mobile phone, Tanya Barshti aka Kulsum Begum is doing it. But Kulsoom Begum kept cutting her mobile because she was working at that moment. Meanwhile Akash Mollah who was an assistant came running and told her that there is a problem in his factory and that he needs some workers and he asks her to call the girls whose numbers are in her mobile and ask them to come. Meanwhile, Kulsum Begum came running and started telling him why he is calling again and again. Then Akash Molla said I wanted to see him and wanted to talk so I was calling him. Then there they discuss some romantic matters after which Kulsoom Begum goes back to her work.
Kulsoom can't bear to see Akash Mollah go inside the factory for his work when all the girls express their weakness towards him and talk a lot of romantic words to him. The reason for not being able to is that Kulsoom Begum is the married wife of Musharraf Karim. What wife would like her husband talking about these romantic things with girls? Then Akash Molla is very happy to hear that a garment girl named Khadijah brings pangas fish pedi to roast for Musharraf Karim and assures him that he will eat it at noon. At noon when Mosharraf Karim and his assistant sat down to eat, Khadija gave her cooked fish pedi to Mosharraf Karim but gave her assistant only broth and potatoes. Akash Molla got angry after not giving the fish and started laughing at the things. Meanwhile, Khadija leaves when another girl comes and brings the beef and gives it to the supervisor Akash Mollah He gives food and he says pangas fish eats people this girl and Akash don't give meat to Molla's assistant just broth and potatoes then the girl says to him have I brought these for you I have brought for Akash bhai. And these things laugh at the sky.
He could not bear to see them. Then he said that the curry has lacked salt and poured the whole bowl of salt on Akash Molla's feet, which ruined Akash Molla's food. Seeing this, the two girls can't bear it because they don't know that she is Akash Molla's wife, then the three of them clashed and at one point got into a fight. And Akash Mulla laughed at these things from a distance and left without saying anything to them. When Akash Molla went home in disbelief, Kulsoom did not allow him to enter the house. It made him very angry and he could not tolerate this behavior in any way. Then Aakash Molla explained the whole thing to Kulsoom Begum using his skill and asked her not to work here but she did not agree at all. Then he calms her down saying he won't do it again and they go to office again the next day.
Aakash Molla and his colleague were standing in front of the stairs of the office talking at that moment when a girl caught her eyes from behind Aakash Molla and asked him to tell who he was or if he knew her? Now aakash molla keeps talking to her in romantic tone and she leaves her eyes and tells that she likes him a lot that's why she bought a shirt for him to her husband and gives that shirt to aakash molla saying I got it for you. Then Akash Molla said to him that your husband did not say anything shirt for whom? Then the girl said whether she said or not. Then Akash Molla's assistant saw these things and greeted him as Guru. And Kulsoom Begum saw all these things from a distance and she got very angry again. Kulsoom Begum, who overhears their conversations, already understands and therefore buys a three piece for her on her way home.
Akash Molla is thinking what happened and his wife is not allowing him to enter the house and she is very angry to see his actions. Then he persuaded her a lot and presented her with a three piece which he had bought for her, this made his wife Kulsoom Begum's heart melt and she took her inside the house and asked her to wash her hands and eat. Next day incident again in office where Akash Molla was sitting having tea a girl went there and brought a gift for him she made a handkerchief with her own hand and showed it to Musharraf Karim and he was very happy and told him many romantic words. Seeing this, Kulsum Begum approached and started arguing with the girl as to why she was giving them to her or why she was doing this to her. After that, at one stage of the conversation, they both went from hand to hand to fighting. But the girls do not understand that when talking to Akash Molla, this girl means Kulsoom Begum Why is he doing this? The question remained in their minds.
Meanwhile, when they go home again, Kulsum Begum is very angry about this matter. Akash Molla once again calmed him with his wisdom and then he sat down to eat. While eating, Kulsoom Begum said to him with a very smiling face that she will say something, then Akash Molla said where is your smile on your face, surely there is something but tell me what you want. Then Kulsoom Begum said let's watch a movie, Akash Mandal did not agree to watch the movie with him, so Akash Mandal hit Kulsoom Begum with a bowl on his head, which injured Akash and his head was bandaged.
Meanwhile Akash Molla's assistant Aakash Molla sees these things and he himself goes to talk romantically with some girls and he gifts a lipstick to a girl but because she refuses to talk to him in any way he insults the girl and when she tells him that she needs Polly, he is very angry with her. Goes and therefore tries to touch the girl on the pretext of finding her body sediment. And these things were seen by the other girls around and then came there and gave Akash Molla's assistant a good medium. Seeing this, Akash Mullah comes there and asks them to calm down and assures them that he will look into the matter and take appropriate punishment.
Meanwhile, the boss of the factory where Akash Molla works comes to the factory and starts getting angry with the officials about the production not going on and the shipment not going properly. Aakash Molla appears there and seeing that situation tells the opening officials to learn from him how hard he works, without him my factory will be closed today, they drive them away. Meanwhile, Akash Mollah feels a lot of pain in this opportunity and he requests to increase his salary saying that his salary is low and he is responsible for running his family. Then his boss assured him of all kinds of support and salary increase.
What happened next is that everyone is saying that they will be given celery today, so one says that he will buy a big pangus fish for Akash Molla and another says that he will buy a shirt for him. If Mullah's wife gets salary today, he will take her to see movies and travel to different places. The other girls were surprised to hear this. After that, the girl named Khadija fainted completely and everyone picked her up and sprinkled water on her and brought her back to consciousness. Then when Akash Molla came back, everyone looked at him with wide eyes. Then Akash Molla said what is your problem? Why are you all looking like this? Seeing the deterioration of the situation, Akash Molla was walking away quickly when the girls got up from behind and started running behind him to catch him. Aakash Molla somehow ran to a room and went to the door put on Then Kulsoom Begum came and said that she would bring him out from inside, moved them and went inside and locked the door. Then they sat there and promised each other that Akash Mullah told him that he would never do this again to save him from them. Then Kulsum Begum gave them various excuses and took her out of there and ran out of the factory. At this moment we saw the end of the play.
own opinion
This story is based on a garment supervisor. There is no mention of garment workers here. How a supervisor fulfills his/her duties especially in the garment sector is basically highlighted. However, his exact actions are not highlighted here, only for entertainment purposes in this play. I don't know if these things actually happen in the garment sector, but I didn't like it in this drama because every person has their own characteristics, but I think not all supervisors are the same in this case. There can be some good and bad everywhere. However, the bad has been highlighted here as well as the topic of a good supervisor would have been better if it had been highlighted. The drama is a lot of laughs but I laughed a lot in some cases. The acting of Akash Mollah's assistant has been very good in this drama. However, what is more prominent in the play is the love of husband and wife. The husband's love for his wife is more evident. And she can't stand anyone talking about her husband or talking romantically or making fun of them. I think it is normal in the context of Bangladesh that no wife can stand still seeing her husband like this. He can't stand being teased.
