Beautiful recipe made with potato, eggplant, tilapia fish

How are we all? I hope you all are well and healthy. Today I am sharing the recipe with you all. I hope you will like it so without delay I am starting my post.
I have done many recipes with potato, eggplant, tilapia fish before. But today this recipe was a little different because I made it with onion and garlic in it. I have never used onion, garlic in a potato, eggplant, tilapia fish recipe before. So I was a little afraid of how it would taste but I believed it would taste good. I have a belief in myself that I will cook well. However, when I finished the recipe, I was very hungry, so I immediately sat down to eat. First I started with my recipe. When I spread the rice and put it on my cheeks, I thanked myself and kept on praising. Honestly, it was very nice to eat. Anyway, let's take a look at what ingredients we need to make this recipe I made.
Ingredients:
1: Tilapia fish 4 pieces.
2: Potatoes.
3: Eggplant.
4: Oil 1/2 cup.
5: Chopped onion 2 tbsp.
6: Crushed garlic 1/2 tbsp.
7: Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon.
8: Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp.
9: Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp.
10: whole garam masala.
11: 6 green chillies.
12: Salt to taste.
13: Water 2 cups.
Step: 1
First, I cleaned the fish well and kept it in a bowl and rubbed the fish well with turmeric and salt.
Step: 2
After that, I lit the oven for frying the fish and put the pan on it and added enough oil for frying. When the oil in the pan was hot, I fried the fish one by one until golden and put them in a bowl.

Then in the same oil, add chopped onion and chopped garlic. When the onion and garlic are fried a little, add cumin, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and stir for some time.

After all those ingredients, potatoes and brinjal were chopped and kept in a bowl. So I gave them to be taken together. After some time, cover with a lid to boil with water.

After 15 long minutes I opened the lid and saw that the eggplant and potatoes were cooked well. I covered it again with the 4 pieces of fish that had been fried earlier. So that every ingredient can penetrate into the fish.

After five minutes I opened the lid and saw that every ingredient had penetrated well into the fish and the color of my recipe was also very good and I knew that my recipe was completely done. So down in a bowl I took some photographs of my prepared recipe and took a selfie with myself.
