Once upon a time, two Frenchmen came to a five star hotel for dinner, they called the waiter and ordered tandoori chicken.

The waiter took their order and started his work.

After some time, their order comes and both the people start eating, now as soon as they reach the center of the chicken, they see a baby mouse in the chicken.

He called the waiter and asked what is this?

So the waiter asks what happened sir, is there any problem?

Those two French men start getting angry at the waiter asking what have you put in the chicken, then the waiter looks at it and picks it up and eats it.

And the waiter says, Sir, this is a nugget of ginger.

Both of them angrily say that this is not a nugget of ginger, it is a rat and on this they start getting angry.

Both of them say that it was a rat, then the waiter says that sir, I get paid for serving food here and not for eating rats, they become silent on this and start eating their food.

After some time, both the Frenchmen, after having their meal, pay their bill and leave the hotel.

This entire incident is being recorded in a camera and the owner of that hotel is watching this entire incident on the LED of his office.

As soon as the French people leave from there, the owner of that hotel calls the waiter.

The waiter reaches the owner's office and asks, Sir, have I made any mistake?

So the owner asks him what is all this?

So the waiter gets scared and asks sir, what happened?
So the owner says that I have seen everything on camera, there was a rat in that chicken but why did you pick it up and eat it?

So the waiter says, Sir, if it had been proved there that it was not a nugget of ginger but a rat, then the matter would have worsened.

300 more people like me work in this five star hotel and if for some reason this hotel was closed then 300 people would have become unemployed, so sir, I did what I felt was best. Now whatever decision you take, I accept it.

The owner becomes very happy after listening to the waiter and opens his own hotel and makes him the manager of that hotel.

All this happens because of the honesty and leadership skills of that waiter, which takes him from a small level to such a high level.

If you want to be successful in network marketing business or any other business, then you should think like a leader and not like an ordinary worker. To achieve success, it is most important that you do your work with full honesty without any personal interest.
