Month in Review: September 2024
Introduction
Hello BULBers, welcome to September’s Month-In-Review!
We have been busy building the BULB Mobile App and working around the clock to launch in November 2024. We are going on track, and in this release, we want to share with you some exclusive sneak-peaks on what the BULB Mobile App is currently looking like.

Platform Activity Remains Stable
Latest BULB Leaderboard
Firstly, as usual, we have continued to see steady platform activity, with broadly even platform activity contribution from BULB Blogs and BULB Threads. We are clearly seeing users utilising both the long form and short form content formats on BULB to express their ideas and thoughts, which is fantastic to see.
We understand that platform growth has not been explosive lately, with the user base still hovering in the ~50,000 range. Hence, we have been investing more resources on further enhancing our SEO, and diversifying away from just Google, but also other major search engines such as Bing. We have seen some noticeable improvements in web traffic towards BULB, and thus we expect this to continue to drive growth going forward.

BULB Mobile App Staging Mock Up - Wallet Sign-In
Now regarding Mobile App development, we have successfully created our own wallet infrastructure where any user can download BULB Mobile App, click “sign-in with BULB” or “create an account”, and access BULB instantly. This is a game changer as the Web3 sign-in problem remains unsolved, and there is no Web 3.0 consumer app in the world that has made it this easy to access Web 3.0 apps for the masses.
Clearly, our philosophy is to make Web 3.0 easy and accessible to everyone, and we are always going to rigorously ask ourselves, whether what we have built is easy enough and simple enough for the everyday user.
BULB Mobile App Staging Mock Up - Home Page
Once the user sign-in to the BULB Mobile App, they will see a mobile version of the existing BULB App, with the key tabs being Home Page, Threads, Scan, Search and Wallet. Scan and Wallet are “new” features that is completely different from the existing BULB Web App version. We know everyone is curious but we want to leave it to October’s Month-In-Review to share more on what exactly are these for.
