Like every day, today I have appeared before you with another new post. Today I will share a recipe post with you. As many of you know, I sometimes make different recipes at home. But most of the time I make shrimp fish and hilsa fish recipes. Because these two fish are very dear to me. Today I am here with the recipe of small sea fish chachadi. This small marine fish is known as Sundari fish in our area. If you know any other name of this fish, don't forget to comment. This recipe can be prepared in very little time.


Sea Small Fish Chachadi Recipe



I made this recipe on short notice as my husband was a bit ill. Since the chicken was pre-cooked, I thought of making a shortcut recipe for small fish cakes. But the tomato was in the deep freezer so I could not take it out. There was no coriander leaves at home. So I made beautiful fish chachchari recipe last night with only onions and green chillies. However, the recipe turned out to be really delicious. I like small fish cakes very much. If you want, you can make this recipe at home in a very short time. Anyway, I am going to share the recipe with you step by step. Hope you like it very much.


Materials Amount

beautiful fish 200 grams

onion 3pis

Chilli 6pis

Turmeric powder amount like

Chilli powder amount like

Coriander powder amount like

cumin powder amount like

ginger batter amount like

garlic paste amount like

salt amount like

Soybean oil amount like



Main ingredients

First, I sprinkled light yellow chili powder and salt on the fish to fry them.

Then I poured enough soybean oil in the fry pan and fried the fish.

Then pour enough soybean oil, chopped onions and salt.

After the onion turns light brown in color, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cumin powder to grind it.

After grinding the spices well, I added the chopped green chillies.

Then add enough water and cover with a lid to bring the balls to the water.

After the balls come to a boil in the water, add the fried fish and cover with a lid for 5/6 minutes.


Eighth step



After 5/6 minutes open the lid and see that it is cooked. Then I turned off the stove.
