In the stillness of the night, We find a moment, to hold tight.

A time to reflect, and to introspect, And find the answers, we must detect.

The world slows down, and so do we, As we embrace the moment, that we see.

A chance to heal, and to renew, And find the strength, to see it through.

For in the darkness, there is a light, A spark of hope, that shines so bright.

A reminder of the beauty within, And the power of love, to let it begin.

So let us cherish, the moments of calm, And let them heal us, like a soothing balm.

For in the stillness, we can find, The answers we seek, and peace of mind.
