5 ways to stay healthy (part 1)
1. Consume more liquids

2. Exercise yoga
Yoga strengthens bones, improves blood flow, balances the body, and strengthens the immune system. To experience the advantages, practice 1–2 times each week. When you want to practice at home and are looking for ideas, YouTube lessons are fantastic.
3. Continue to learn
New experiences stimulate neuron production and keep your brain healthy, whether you’re attempting a new cuisine or dabbling in crafts.
4. Fix your posture.
Sit with your feet flat on the floor, equal weight on both hips, your back straight, and your shoulders relaxed to ease back discomfort and muscular strain.
5. Exterior exercise
Exercise outside can improve your mental health because trees release phytoncides that lower blood pressure and reduce stress.
