Built during the French colonial period, the beauty of Turtle Tower's architecture is a combination of European Gothic architectural style, combined with a curved roof that maintains Vietnamese architectural style. Each side of the tower has arched doors, the long side has 3 doors, the wide side has 2 doors, a total of 10 doors on the outside. Inside the tower, the first floor is also divided into three compartments and has 4 interconnected doors. So in total the first floor has 14 doors. The tower was built gradually upwards, on the 3rd floor of the tower, the word "Quy Son Thap" was engraved, meaning turtle mountain tower. The tower's roof is made in the style of a curved knife head and a dragon flanking a moon face, bold with ancient Vietnamese architecture, and at the top there is also a 5-pointed star shape.
