Find the token
Let's find BULB on the explorer. I'm just looking for 'Bulb'. But you can also use the CA (contract address) to be sure. 
Digging deeper
There's a bunch of threads we can pull on with any token account.
Let's start with holders (a degen favourite).
Holders
At a high level you can see the concentration of the token amongst the top 10 holders.
$BULB is very concentrated.
Unfortunately this concentration is one of the things contributing to a very poor Rugchecker score. Hopefully the Bulb team can address a few of these issues moving forward.
NOTE: Rugchecker is set up to assess memecoins so lots of legit tokens score badly. $DRIFT, for example, scores poorly.

And it's been fairly inactive. Mostly this is spam NFT transactions.
Likely a project treasury wallet.

Which still has 500K $BULB in it.

Another wallet with only really $BULB in it. 
But this wallet has a lot more transactions. SolanaFM has a nice feature where you can mouse over a transaction and get some extra details without having to go into it. 
Let's have a look at one of these transactions that this wallet sent.
The recipient wallet is a relatively inactive wallet. 
Possibly this wallet, 3LUpRzckvZNtk2VBTRw3aZ68pX7aJDfPGXnC17xwTbR3, is a protocol wallet which is distributing rewards.
And the wallet we followed a transfer to is a wallet a Bulb account has just for their Bulb profile.
Assessing Liquidity
The Pools section will let you understand just how much liquidity there is available for a token.
As we can see Bulb has all on chain liquidity (great! no CEXs) but very little of it (bad..).
As we've now become familiar with the SolanaFM interface it's easy to then look inside any of these on chain LPs and look through the transactions. 
Though don't confuse likely protocol wallets with actual trader wallets. 
For example this wallet isn't holding any $BULB tokens.

Have a plan before you dive in
Hopefully this very short dive into $BULB has shown you the power a fairly simple block explorer has to help you understand better the tokens, protocols and wallets you interact with on Solana on a daily basis.
These types of tools work best when you have clear questions you want answered. As you've seen it's easy to dig right into the transaction pathways and explore the data in each branching path. Having a clear idea of the question you want to answer then is key to using this tool effectively. Otherwise you can find it will get confusing quickly.
