Don't take Chapati and Rice together:

Don't Sleep after Dinner:
It is not right if you fall asleep on the bed as soon as you eat dinner. You should go to sleep after walking for at least 10 minutes. If the food is not digested then weight gain is certain. Food gets stored inside the body, due to which obesity increases.
