What can be done to avoid cold wave?
wear multiple layers of clothing
The best way to avoid the bitter cold is to wear several layers of clothes. By doing this, heat remains in the body and you remain warm. It is also necessary to wear a hat, warm cap, gloves and scarf to keep the mouth, nose, hands, neck and head covered and warm.

Whereas, frostbite is a cold-related illness caused by freezing of the skin and tissues. Symptoms include numbness, tingling, and pale or bluish-gray discoloration of the skin.
