Walk adventure begins
My Adventure
It's Wednesday, and I want to share my adventure from two weeks ago when I took a walk in the midst of mountains. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me to bask in the tranquility of nature.
I make it a habit to walk daily to stay active, but walking in the mountains holds a special charm for me. It's where I seek solace and silence, away from the noise and worries of human existence. The crisp mountain air and the peaceful atmosphere rejuvenate my mind and soul.
During my walk two weeks ago, I was fortunate to capture some breathtaking pictures. The weather was perfect as the rain had just stopped, creating an ideal setting for a leisurely stroll in the mountains on that lovely day.
Walk adventure begins
It was a mountainous area, and we were experiencing a rainy season. Shortly after a spell of rain, I witnessed a magnificent rainbow in the sky as I stepped out of my home for a walk.
Although I am fond of walking in nature, I prefer not to venture into the woods.
I once encountered a lone wolf firsthand and have no desire to become its prey. Therefore, I stick to the main road for my walks, which begins near the market close to my home in the mountains. This route spans a distance of 1-2 kilometers and feels safe and enjoyable to me.
I reduced my pace upon noticing the sharpness of the rocks, always mindful of what lies above as goats often traverse such terrain, increasing the risk of rockfalls onto the road.
Just a few minutes further along my route, I encountered a landslide caused by recent heavy rainfall.
The last time I passed through this area, it was completely clear. Landslides are a common occurrence in mountainous regions.
I stumbled upon a cave during my walk.
Despite walking the same route every day, I had never noticed the cave until now, thanks to the goats that frequent the area.
Have any of you seen caves in real life before? They're not quite like the ones depicted in movies.
As I made my way towards the cave, I felt a bit nervous and apprehensive, half-expecting to encounter a lion waiting for me. However, upon reaching the cave, I found it to be small and unassuming. It was my first time seeing a real cave, as opposed to the larger-than-life ones often portrayed in movies. It seemed like a perfect spot for a bonfire, so I spent a few minutes there before continuing along my walking route.
This is the final spot where I stop walking and simply sit for about half an hour or however long I feel comfortable before heading back home.
Here concludes my walking adventure. This spot is my favorite and utterly breathtaking, though it can be a bit intimidating at times. Occasionally, I hear whispers from the Angel of Death, urging me to jump, but I choose not to heed those whispers.
Walking amidst the mountains, far from noise pollution and surrounded by fresh air without human interruptions, is always incredibly relaxing and feels like a blessing to me. Mountain walks, in particular, never fail to bring a smile to my face. My daily routine of walking has significantly contributed to my personal growth, helping me become a better person.
I'll share more about my upcoming walk adventures if I encounter anything interesting along the way. Stay connected with me and please share your thoughts after reading about and experiencing the beauty of the mountains.
