The same ENERGY is also responsible for digesting your food ๐Ÿ›

But if your bodyโ€™s energy is preoccupied with handling distress, it cannot do the digestion work effectively ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Moreover, the violence, distress and fear is also transferred to us, when we are eating ๐Ÿฝ

Instead, hereโ€™s what you can do to eat more mindfully:
โœ… When you eat, eat. Donโ€™t think about 10 other things.
โœ… Pay attention to each bite. Relish itโ€™s flavours & textures.
โœ… Eat with your fingers - that makes eating mindfully easier.
โœ… Only eat when youโ€™re calm, in a relaxed state of mind.

This all very important things which we have to always focus while eating, dining out or party out.
