This week Moderation works caused a bit of ripples......
Last week spammers in multiple accounts were vitually wiped out by our team of enthusastic and hard working Reporters/Mods. Now we move to focus on Airdrop and copied posts, the team have a bit of altercations with some violating users.

My comment to an upset BULB member regarding his bunch of airdrop posts removed.
Hi I am BULB's community moderator. You post many airdrop posts, scam airdrop posts are dangerous to users, there may be some legit airdrop posts here arguably. But the problem is users cannot distinguish which is scam or legit. We had better to ban all to give users maximum protection, so that from now on airdrop posts won’t appear here. These posts are potential violation of code of conduct 3fvii -serious violation https://cdn.bulbapp.io/assets/documents/code_of_conduct.pdf We gave you two warnings comments on your posts to delete them but you did not respond. So we started take them down this afternoon. We know you have been supportive to BULB. You can set up a new account without airdrop posts, you are welcome to come back. Cheers
My response to copied posts
@everyone copycats are in violation of code of conduct 3a, we need to start looking at the users who post daily or more every week, these are in reasonable assumption that their content are copied and pasted other than being an extraordinary passionate writer, we need to find hard evidence of copy right infrigement if we find one or more hard evidence, I will put them down as a list to be de-energized to zero energy capacity with JCbest's approval be done by ALGO-that's the process, they can protest on the Bulbarians channel for Mods/reporters to have a "conversation" with them.
My response to users who cried unfair Mod treatment
@everyone Clarification on Moderation : We need three Mod votes to take down a violation, an appeal will have another 3 seperate different mod votes to agree/disagree, So total 6 mods in the whole mod process are involved. And all mods' hit rate and accuracy rate are measured as a performance metric tracking to reflect their ongoing performance. We need to create a space in BULB for genuine creators/writers.

Hey team, I gave @LukeJoseph's list of airdrop posts plus others/mine to @JCBEST. He uploaded list to Bulb ALGO, 437 airdrop posts deleted, 51 spammer users energy capacity removed. Great work. That’s the process, I think we had established an effective and efficient process and decision guidelines to crack the spams. Cheers
