Importance of Education for Humanity's Progress:

Education serves as the cornerstone of human development, enabling individuals to acquire knowledge, skills, and perspectives that shape their lives and impact society as a whole. In a particular time frame the total quality of goods and services including balance of payment, FDI, foreign loan and aids are included in national income. National income may not always indicate economic development reasoning that some time increase in price may increase national income. The primary conditions of economic development are as development of Production Organization, Population growth, national resource, capital accumulation, specialization of productive force, efficiency of resources, and technological development.

Universities have a responsibility to promote global citizenship by teaching their students that they are members of a large global community and can use their skills and education to contribute to that community.

Education is intricately linked to health and well-being. It equips individuals with vital knowledge about healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and healthcare practices. Educated individuals are more likely to make informed choices regarding their well-being and that of their communities. Both are necessary for the human being to live a happy and healthy life. There are various things we have to take care all through the life in order be healthy and fit. There is no alternate to the health and fitness, we have to eat healthy food timely, do physical exercises daily, think positive and have patience and commitment towards good lifestyle. Being involved in physical activities on daily basis does something great to our body and mind. It makes us feel good, helps us to complete tough tasks, makes us pleasant all around and keeps us happy all time because our body releases a chemical called endorphins while we involved in the physical activities. Regular physical activities also reduces stress, improves sleep, boosts energy level, reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression, increases our self-esteem, makes us feel proud, improves confidence level and personality, etc.
