LAND PROPERTIES AND CHARACTERISTICS ON SNKRZ ECOSYSTEM

LAND is one of the major path of SNKRZ platform. It is a way in which users can earn on the ecosystem.

LAND Level and Durability

The more users visit their SNKRZ LAND per hour, the higher the land experience point. $SKZ is burnt when users level up their land and to a certain level, $FIT is burnt.
SNKRZ LAND looses its durability based on the amount of traffic density per hour. The lesser the durability, the lesser the number of rewards from user's visits. To repair this durability, $SKZ can be used.

LAND's Corporate Customers and the Rental System

In SNKRZ, an available portion of LAND can be sold to corporate customers. Also, users who own SNKRZ LAND can rent it to corporate customers when the land has achieved a certain level.
These customers can purchase tiles for their actual real-world buildings and exhibition stores or exhibit advertisements by purchasing or renting the LAND they desire and in turn the user gets paid for the advert by the corporate customer who rented the land.

These items acts as a means of attraction to users and they can be earned through exercises or purchased in the in-app market.

LAND Purchase Priority

The method to which LAND purchase order is prioritized  is as follows.
Airdrops to multiple SNKRZ NFT holders since minting > OG > WL and afterward WL2 is randomly assigned to each selected tier.

LAND Quest
LAND owners can issue quests within a time limit through specific missions, etc.
