OpenGradient Early Bird Quest

The Early Bird Quest is the first campaign in our OpenGradient Frontier Quest Collection on Galxe. After emerging from stealth mode and announcing seed funding this October, we invite you to become an early participant and contributor to the OpenGradient ecosystem. Participants will learn about our innovations, join our community, and have fun while earning loyalty points.

FAQ:
1. Why must I use an Ethereum wallet to log in?
To claim your loyalty points on the Gravity chain (an EVM-compatible blockchain by Galxe), you must log in with a wallet supporting it. Log in with an EVM wallet before starting the Early Bird Quest.

2. What’s the gas fee for me to claim loyalty points from this quest?
There’s no gas fee! OpenGradient covers it 100% for you.

3. Where and when do I claim loyalty points?
You can claim loyalty points immediately after completing tasks or later from the same Early Bird Quest page before this quest ends.

4. Why don’t I get loyalty points after I complete the email sign-up task?
Be sure to use the same email to sign up for the OpenGradient mailing list on opengradient.ai as the email that is tied to your Galxe ID. Simply redo the email sign-up task using the same email associated with your Galxe profile.

5. How come I don’t see my referral points?
Referral points can only be claimed once both referred individuals have earned and claimed their loyalty points from the Early Bird Quest.

6. I did everything, but why is my username missing from the Seasonal Leaderboard?
You must claim loyalty points before the quest ends to see your ranking on the Seasonal Leaderboard. Also, it may take up to 2 days for Galxe leaderboards to display usernames after claiming loyalty points.

7. I’m new to Galxe. How do I get additional support?
If you have general Galxe user interface questions, feel free to contact Galxe Support.
If your questions are specific to OpenGradient, feel free to ask in the #galxe-quest channel on the official OpenGradient Discord server.
