What Was I Up To?

The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but….

It all adds up!!

Prayer

I started the day with a couple of Rosaries. I managed a small prayer before leaving for a walk.

I'm never gonna stop saying this - God in the Day is a Godful Day! 😊

Runs | Walks | Cardio

I met a friend and went for a casual walk today. Though I walked one kilometer, it was more like a stroll. I stayed true to my staircase regime, which I have done four times so far.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home.

1. Arm curls for the biceps

2. Hammer for the biceps

3. Triceps

4. Overhead press for the shoulders

5. Farmers Walk

6. Squats

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

I did the following today:

1. Skipping Rope

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

It was a regular diet day.

Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more

Had two sessions of Ho’oponopono today. It was enough for now.

Did You Know?

Walking and running are for mere mortals. The elites walk on their hands. 😊

There is a Guinness World Record for the fastest 50-meter walking on hands holding a soccer ball between the legs. The record stands at 25.58 seconds and was achieved by Hari Chandra Giri of Kathmandu, Nepal, on 4th May 2022.

Something tells me this gentleman will create more records.
