What is Scroll?
The Scroll mainnet has recently been launched and has gained some popularity.
It is an L2 network that seamlessly extends Ethereum functionality with zero-knowledge technology and EVM compatibility.
The Scroll project was established in 2021 and has successively completed a seed round of US$3 million, a Series A financing of US$30 million, and a new round of financing of US$50 million this year, with a total of US$83 million, attracting attention from capital and users.
Other L2 projects, such as zksync, have raised US$458 million, LayerZero_Labs has raised US$300 million, and Starknet has raised US$300 million.

From July 2022, Scroll has successively launched the Pre-Alpha test network, Alpha test network, and Beta test network, and the main network was officially launched on October 10.
Currently, the mainnet has been online for one week and has accumulated 100,000 transactions, including contract calls, transactions, transfers, minting and other interactions, and the number of wallet addresses is 18,000.
For other L2 projects that were launched earlier, among the seven-day average transactions in the past month, zkSync Era was 6.73 million transactions, Starknet was 3.53 million transactions, Linea was 1.22 million transactions, and Polygon zkEVM transactions were less than 200,000 transactions.

How to interact with Scroll?
The bear market is suffering, but various L2 projects are still focused on, with high hopes and waiting for future airdrops.
Many people are already interacting with Scroll’s early testnet. Now that the mainnet is online, this may be the beginning of the main event.
How to do Scroll interaction? Common public chain basic interactions include cross-chain, NFT, defi and ecological dapp interactions, etc.
1. First bridge ETH to the Scroll mainnet.
Only by transferring ETH from the main network or other L2 networks to the scroll main network can you explore and interact on scroll. It can be done through the official cross-chain, or through a third party such as orbiter or owlto.
At present, the overall chain is relatively deserted, and cross-chain gas is relatively low. It costs about 0.0054ETH to cross-chain from the main network, 0.001ETH to cross-chain from owlto, and 0.0018ETH to cross-chain from orbiter.
