drink green tea:
Antioxidant-rich green tea not only boosts immunity but is also healthy for the liver. Consuming 2 cups of green tea every day helps a lot in keeping the problem of non-alcoholic fatty liver away.

lemonade:
Lemons are rich in vitamin C and protect the liver from oxidative damage. To get the best benefits you should drink lemon in warm water every morning or mix it with green tea for a double dose of good health.

Apple:
The polyphenols present in apples keep the serum and lipid levels of the liver under control. Apples contain pectin and malic acid which helps in the removal of toxins and carcinogens. Apples have anti-inflammatory properties that protect you from fatty liver.
