Once Bitcoin dominance index (BTC.D) reverses, I believe we could witness the strongest altseason ever.
This will be fueled by an increasing number of individuals diversifying their portfolios and a growing presence of institutional players entering the market, such as BlackRock and others.
Time has really changed. Crypto is now a complete financial sector and not like a toy.
In my opinion, the confirmation of the bull trend in this case will be a consolidation above $700 billions on TOTAL3 (altcoin index) chart.
Right now many people lack faith in growth, and because of this it’s highly probable to assume that altcoins are gearing up for a significant growth phase. Look, traders commonly face three types of capitulation:
Time-based capitulation: when people sell without waiting for growth
Growth-based capitulation: when people sell expecting a decline
Decline-based capitulation: when people sell off assets as prices decline
At this moment, many people are in a big fear of prolonged downtrend.
That’s why they are willing to give up on growth due to fear of another drop.
In such scenarios, the market quickly clears itself from paper hands and continues to rise only with diamond hands all the way up to super cycle.
While the bullish attitude prevails, not all altcoins will demonstrate strength in this cycle. It’s crucial to select strong alts from solid narratives at the right market timing.
But, before making any investments in a project, it’s important to have a rough idea of where you will exit the position with profit. Here’s my quick guide to help you
In 2022, many individuals fell into traps driven by greed and ended up leaving the market with nothing or even with losses.
