The Data Analysis Process(3)

After the Process phase where we clean the data to rid it of errors, the next phase is the Analyze Phase.

Analyze: In this phase, we study the data to find patterns, relationships, or trends. This analysis could either be: Descriptive(answering questions about what happened), diagnostic(answering questions about why events happened), or prescriptive(answering questions about what actions should be taken). 

Visualize: After we analyze the data, then comes the visualization. Data Visualization is the process of putting data into a chart, graph, or another visual format that helps inform analysis and interpretation. We design and create reports that would be easily understood by our audience and for easier visibility.

Share/Act:  This is the final phase and another important phase of the Data Analysis process. In this phase, we share the findings of our analysis through the help of reports with our audience or stakeholders. We also act on the analysis's result and know how to improve our business.
