To anyone having an off day
Sometimes you wake up one morning and it just doesn't feel right. Whether it's because you're tired or you feel lazy or you're in some form of pain/discomfort you can sometimes anticipate when you are going to have one of those 'bad days'. We all have them at some point, we can't do much about it, but nonetheless, we have to do what we have to do anyway. Going to school, going to work or just going to do errands, we have to do them anyways. Now if this happens multiple days in a row or even weeks then it may be something more than just a bump in the road, it might be an actual kind of sickness or something of the like. Other than that, you might just be burned out from your daily tasks and maybe do genuinely need a break.
To summarise, if you are having an off day, don't use it as an excuse to not carry on with your life, chin up and look forward, get through the day and tomorrow will be better.
