Is AI content good for the BULB community? Using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve your writing is the best way, but most bloggers use these writing tools to generate articles.
Like I always say, AI was created by humans for other humans to make work easier in the tech space.

Everything with a good side will have a bad side when abused. What will happen to the BULB community if you keep publishing automated articles?

Is AI Content Good for the BULB Community?

No! AI-generated content is not doing any good to the BULB community rather it downgrades the E-E-A-T of the community's website.

If you are a blogger you will be able to relate to this. When I joined the community I did a domain authority check with AHREF and found that the score was 25.

This was a good score. Why I am saying this is that is not that easy to build domain authority with a lot of competitors around.

Now let us look at some advantages and disadvantages of AI-generated content.

When a command to your chatbot to help you write on a topic it will give you the exact information you desire by performing thorough research across the internet.

However, this is what you can do when you decide to settle down and do proper research on that subject matter.

II). Less Grammatical Error

The writing structure of most chatbots is close to being free from grammatical errors which makes it the choice for most businesses looking to reach their audience.

Note that by saying this, I do not recommend the use of AI for your business blog.

III). Saves Time

Yes, you will want to rush over your article here at the BULB community because you have so many tasks on your desk.

You might think the reward you get for each article is not worth your typing stress which is why you are looking for a tool that will automate the whole writing process.

Now let us move on to the disadvantages of generating and publishing AI content on the Bulb community.

Disadvantages of AI-generated Content

Here are some of the disadvantages of AI-generated content:

I). Decreases Domain Authority

While practicing SEO, I have come to realize that domain authority is an important ranking factor. It is an interpretation of how relevant a site is.

If Google or any other search engine discovers that you are depending on AI for your web content, they will think that you are not an expert in that niche. You will lose traffic.

This is the last thing the BULB officials will let happen to the community.

II). Repetition of Ideas

While writing, AI often repeats ideas to boost word count and this in turn dampens the web user experience.

You will agree that when the user is not satisfied with your content, they end up leaving your site quickly.

This is what we call a "High Bounce Rate". To keep a good record as a writer in the BULB community, I suggest you resist the urge to automate your writing process.
