Whenever you run after some momentary pleasure, spoil your relationship by getting angry at someone, or think of giving up, then remember that these decisions of yours are destroying your future potential.
2.Investigation
Find out what are the things that make you lose your patience, because if you know your triggers and weak points, then you can easily face any difficult situation by making a plan.
But if you don't know what things push you into the same pit again and again, then how will you get out of that pit?
If you get very angry on a regular basis, you get sad very easily, you start doubting yourself or you feel emptiness inside you, then follow these surface level science and go to their roots and see what is there. Is.

Start building every dream of yours on the foundation of patience and only then you will be able to do something good in this world.
