In addition to the blocks on the Ethereum blockchain, there are blockchains that carry only data, called Data Blobs. These blockchains are Rollup specific.

Transactions in rollups are engraved into Ethereum with CALLDATA, and this occurs in the execution security of Ethereum. Rollups information will now be carried in the consensus layer of Ethereum. Moreover, it will make cheap transactions.

Txs in Ethereum are priced in execution clients according to the second-price auction model introduced by EIP1559. Therefore, if every transfer made in Ethereum shifts the supply and demand curve to the right, transfer fees increase.

Tx types called CALLDATA in Rollups are also priced according to this auction model, that is, if the prices in Ethereum increase, the prices in Rollups also increase.

4844; It means opening new blocks called CALLDATA blobs that are compatible with Danksharding (which can make DAS in the future) in consensus clients. These blobs are Rollup specific only and are not priced like the second-price auction above.

Additionally, CALLDATA in Rollups will be deleted from blobs after a certain point (30-45 days); and its accuracy will be stored with zk proofs called KZG commitment. In this way, the load on the nodes and state bloat will be prevented.
