EPL Football is back!
Football fans worldwide experienced a little break in transmission of normal gameweek fixtures because of the international break. The international break was due to the UEFA Nations League, a European competition for all European national football teams. Other non-European teams also scheduled fixtures during the break to warm up their teams for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
After this interruption, and also the break was taken to mourn the passing of the Queen, Queen Elizabeth II, the top flight of English football is back. Fans now have more to cheer for as the English Premier League always offers breathtaking and edge-of-your-seat action.
Part of the reasons for excitement around the resumption is the big fixtures scheduled for this game week. Big fixtures like the North London derby between Arsenal and Tottenham; The London derby between Crystal Palace and Chelsea; and the Manchester derby between Manchester City and Manchester United.
It is really exciting to see how these big games play out in a league that is never short of surprises. I'm sure every football fan is excited!
