Meet My Shadow.

In the corner of my sight,

a shadow creeps Following me,

where my path leads Mysterious and dark,

it never shows But I feel its presence,

it's always in tow

I try to shake it loose,

run away But it stays with me,

night and day Is it a guide,

a protector or a curse?

I cannot say,

its purpose is diverse

It whispers wisdom,

in the still of night

Fills my mind with

hope and light

I embrace it,

for it's always there

A constant reminder,

of a journey to bear

I don't know why it's with me now

But I know, it will show me how

This shadow, it's become a part of me

A dark and mysterious entity

It's with me always,

on my quest

A companion on my journey,

to the very best I'll follow it,

no matter where it leads

This shadow, it's mine,

till the end of my deeds.
