Concept of money & Happiness
The common saying that everybody knows: Money can't buy you happiness, is a phrase that is used and some people think is true and some people think is false. I firmly believe that it is a true statement to some extent. Having giant sums of money won't just suddenly fill a hole in your heart or in your life just like that, but the little things in life can most definitely add up. Now where I believe this is most true, is the difference between having enough money to get by, and having enough to get by and to live a comfortable life. Whether this be through the means of being able to acquire higher standards of food at your leisure, articles of clothing, accessories, equipment or furniture at your leisure versus not being able to. Earning money to save money is important, as is spending some of it for yourself to improve your quality of living or just to improve the quality of your day.
So yes, money does not directly correlate to happiness, and someone with 500 million dollars does not necessarily have to be more happy than someone with 10 million dollars! However, having enough money to be able to get by in their lives + some for entertainment and leisure purposes improves your quality of life which is a big aiding factor in happiness day to day! <3
The moral of this article may look like it is that money does indeed get you happiness, but the message I'm really trying to send is that if you have bits of money here and there that you can responsibly afford to use for yourself to improve your quality of life, you should!
