Many different exercises and interventions have been demonstrated to assist people in cultivating a stronger sense of gratitude in their daily lives. You might want to do the following to improve your gratitude:

Maintain a gratitude journal: Spend a few minutes each day writing about something for which you are thankful. This does not have to be a lengthy or complicated procedure. Simply listing two or three items each day and focusing on being grateful for them can be beneficial. In one study, healthcare workers who wrote down "three good things" each day reported less emotional exhaustion and depression, as well as better work-life balance and overall happiness.

Focus on your senses: Emmons recommends pausing to consider what you see, hear, taste, touch, and feel. This can help you gain a better understanding of your surroundings and what it means to be alive.

Reframe experiences: Comparing current situations to negative experiences in the past is another way to increase gratitude. This allows you to see how your strengths helped you get through those events, but it also helps you focus on the things you can be grateful for right now.
