FOREWORD

There are about 380,000 known species of plants, of which the majority, some 260,000, produce seeds. They range in size from single cells to the tallest trees. Green plants provide a substantial proportion of the world's molecular oxygen; the sugars they create supply the energy for most of Earth's ecosystems; other organisms, including animals, either consume plants directly or rely on organisms which do so.
In this article, I will inform you of some plants we use widespread in our daily life and their features and benefits for you and your body. Let's start

  1. CINNAMON



Cinnamon gives refreshment and is an appetizer. It prevents tremors and vascular occlusion in the hands and feet. It is good for stomach disorders and pains. It helps to expel intestinal worms and heal intestinal inflammations. It increases sexual desire. It is an antiflatulent. It stops bad odors, cough and diarrhea. It increases body resistance. It is useful against colds and fluenza. Cinnamon, which balances blood sugar, is very useful for diabetics.

As you read above-mentioned information, plants are worth to use and eat. Plants have countless benefits for our body and health. Especially old person must absolutely perform a plant-based diet. In addition, following a plant-based diet will also provide benefit to our planet.
