One of the miracles of life is-Sports.
Sport, especially for those working with computers in today's world, has become an inevitable action. I generally work five days a week, and due to the nature of my job, I spend at least 10 hours a day in front of the computer. Additionally, I am also in front of the screen for general tasks, financial markets, developments, etc. This means that most of my day is spent sitting.
Whenever I get the chance, I try to do fitness for at least two days, and on other days, I make an effort to play football or basketball. It is an incredible escape not only from an ergonomic perspective but also psychologically for brains that have to constantly think about the chaos of the day. When you buy a clothing item, it truly is one of the biggest bonuses for it to look stylish on you. I recommend it to everyone.
I am in my 6th year of professional life. When I entered the company, I weighed 65 kilograms, and now I have surpassed 80 kilograms. I achieved this through sports. Imagine the transformation. Best of luck :)
