How are my memes doing
Well a while back I did a review of my Alt coins, my-wild-card-alt-coins today I am up for a laugh so for fun I thought I would take a look at how my memes are doing.
Meme coins
Now this is where the saying 'Don't invest more than you can afford to lose' really comes into its own, I know it does not matter how much it is really, nobody likes to lose money, but in my opinion with memes, well it really is a gamble. Meme coins are highly varied investments, with some offering some sort of real world utility while others exist mainly for entertainment or if you are really good, trading.
A strong, active community can help a meme coin gain stability and value, while a lack of support may lead to the death of the token but FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) can be very strong with memes especially if there is a lot of hype around it.
There are a few things you can check like the screenshot below from https://dexscreener.com or token sniffer but even if these sites show a meme is not a scam, it still does not mean success is guaranteed.
So what memes did I get and how are they doing?
In no particular order as they are all s**t lol.
Amogus
This one is only down by well, a lot and no need for a chart with this one as it just looks like a flatline! This was a fan coin for a game, say no more.
Chipi
Then there is Chipi who is a really cute cat.
$CHIPI launched on December 20, 2023 and quickly soared to an ATH of $7M. Just as CHIPI was soaring, the developer abandoned the project and the community was left with a worthless token. The based CHIPI community rallied together, forming CHIPIDAO to seize control of the project. Now, with full control over Telegram and socials, we're reviving the CHIPI dream and running it back.

Chipi was up again today so you never know.
Book of meme
Well at least there is some sort of activity going on here

My break even point is the blue line, ah yes you can't see the blue line, that is because I bought at the top! Yes I know.
Big red
Ah blue line, bought at the top again!
So that is how it all looks, not the best at picking meme coins, but remember I only put in a small amount that was written off as soon as I acquired them. There was more than a bit of FOMO and this is what happens when you get FOMO lol. (In this instance when I say I, it is definitely we as my husband picked 2 and I picked 2). Also not going to say there was no alcohol drank whilst picking said memes with no research!
Have not got any memes since then because, well for obvious reasons but it was only a bit of fun and there are no expectations here.
There you have it, so what are your thoughts about memes? Have you done well with them? I know a friend of mine did exceptionally well with WIF.
As always thank you for reading and please feel free to comment, even if it is to laugh!
