Future Development
The MemeFi team is committed to evolving the game into a multifaceted experience where tactical skills are rewarded. We aim to immerse players in an exciting world with diverse gameplay modes.
One major development path is expanding character abilities, statistics, and gear. Additional heroes and units can be recruited and customized, bringing more depth to squad-building and battles. We also plan to add card game elements, allowing units to execute special abilities, combos, and buffs during PvP clashes.
Another ambition is enabling clan base building with structures providing strategic benefits. Players will also be able to upgrade their characters, armor, and weapons in myriad combinations.
By interweaving these compelling features of role-playing, card games, base building, and combat, we believe MemeFi can offer one of the most varied and engaging gameplay experiences in the GameFi space.
We are only at the beginning of realizing MemeFi's possibilities. The roadmap focuses on incrementally implementing features that add layers of fun and fulfillment for players. Our player-first approach will be crucial as we navigate bringing this virtual world to life.

Tokenomics
The MemeFi ecosystem utilizes a series of tokens and virtual currencies to power gameplay, transactions, and the in-game economy.
The $MEMEFI token is both a governance token and reward token — users receive it for in-game activities. $MEMEFI is also utilized for in-app purchases.
$PWR is the in-app token that ensures the stability, as well as coordination of the in-game economy. It is used to onboard the game, upgrades and in-app purchases.
$MEMEFI is the governance token in MemeFi that serves withdrawals, and in-game purchases.
The token is designed to be limited in supply.
$MEMEFI is used for such in-game financial transactions as:
- Governance
- Key Purchases
- Key Trading Commission Fees
- Character Progression
- Other In-App Purchases
$TOYBOX is an experimental token based on the ERC-404 standard, which possess the characteristics of both fungible and non-fungible assets. The collection supply is 8,888.
The hybrid model makes it possible to ensure better liquidity and allow for non-fungible asset exposure with less capital.
The $TOYBOX token represents MemeFi playable characters and will be used in the game. Game access will not be gated with $TOYBOX, but holding the token is recommended.
The plans for $TOYBOX will be revealed and rolled out gradually during the Testnet Alpha and Mainnet Beta.
$PWR is a stable virtual (off-chain) token used within the app for various purposes.
Due to its price stability, it is often utilized to determine the value of an action or an item within the app.
