Bull Market
A bull market, sometimes known as a bull run, is characterized by a high level of market confidence, a majority of investors buying, and rising prices. If prices in a certain market are rising swiftly, this may indicate that a bull market is about to begin as most investors are growing more confident, or "bullish," about future price increases. There will always be ups and downs as well as corrections in a bull market. Short-term declines can easily be mistaken for the end of a bull market.
Bull markets eventually end, as history has proven, and investor confidence will drop. A number of factors, including negative news or unexpected events like the COVID-19 epidemic, might cause this to happen. A bear market might start with a significant decline in prices because more and more investors start to think that prices will keep falling, which sends prices spiraling further as they sell to limit their losses.
