Materials Amount
raw mango : 2 kg
turmeric powder : 2 tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tablespoon
salt: to taste
sugar : 1 cup
Mustard batter : 4 tablespoons
Panchfodan : 2 tbsp
dry chili : 4
Mustard oil : Quantitatively
garlic paste : 2 tbsp
preparation method
First, wash the mangoes well and cut one mango into four pieces. Then cut a little so that the masala gets inside. Then add turmeric.
Then season well with salt and pepper powder.
Then dry the water in the sun for two hours and dry the mangoes. Then put oil in a pan.
Then Panchphodan is broken and fried for a while in oil.
Then fry for a while with garlic batter and mustard batter.
Then add the mangoes after frying the masala for a while.
Then the mangoes are mixed well with the spices and cooked for a while with a little salt.
Then stir well with sugar and cook for a while.
Then shake it for a while and add the dried chilies.
