Both Tunde and Michael are good Cyber security experts but Tunde is more skilled.

Here's what made Michael get the job. While Tunde spent most of his time learning about Malware, Firewall, Encryption etc😏😂 (which are hard skills).

Michael learnt a lot in cybersecurity and went ahead to invest his time in learning communication, negotiation, public speaking and of course self marketing(which are soft skills).

Notice the difference, Michael learnt both hard skills and soft skills and this made him stand out.

Here's my message, learn hard skills but don't be too ignorant about the importance of soft skills and how far it could take you online and offline.

Learn both hard and soft skills so you don't be like Tunde😂
