What is happiness?

This is a difficult thing to define. Everyone has unique insights and each has its own definition.

For some people, happiness means having a family or a lover with you; for some people, money is the source of their happiness, and how much money represents how much happiness; and for others, Life itself may be a happy experience... No one can make a conclusion,It can only vary by person or region.

However, it is certain that the interaction between people and the environment plays a large role in determining the individual's happiness index.
Since everyone has their own definition of happiness, United Nations decided to take a comprehensive survey method based on different aspects that people focus on. The items surveyed include: life expectancy, social support, trust and corruption, freedom of perception, Generosity and GDP per capita.

Now, let’s take a look at the top four countries after their investigation ( from low to high ):

04. Iceland

Iceland, a republic belonging to one of the five Nordic countries, has a land area of only 103,000 square kilometers, and is also the country with the smallest population density in Europe.

“Ice and Fire Kingdom” As other known as Iceland, the most important thing is ice and volcanic ash. It is said that many science fiction movies will come here to collect the scenery.

Some people say that Iceland is a concentrated earth, or even a concentrated universe, because it is a country where ice and fire meet, and the magical beauty of ice tranquility or fire dancing appears in almost every attraction!

The State of Iceland implements ten years of free compulsory education, and the general education level of the citizens is relatively high. For most local residents in the country, the increase in foreigners is sometimes not something they are willing to accept.

When they feel that things are complicated and cannot be resolved independently, they will seek to rely on, and usually most of the time they can get what they want.

03.Switzerland

Switzerland has a wonderful and fascinating scenery, and it is also a fully democratized country.

Citizens of the country can vote on almost everything, for example: how many holidays are required throughout the year? How many vacations should employees have?Whether immigrants are allowed to stay in the country and so on... they regard every citizen as part of the focus of society, and also vigorously advocate the participation of every citizen.

Their main core concepts are:Everyone is important, and every voice must be given due attention.

02. Denmark

Denmark, the score is very high on each item surveyed, ranking second.

The main reason for being recognized is that the country has always been committed to “renewable energy” vigorous production; in addition, it also has a country of government trust, a safe economy, free participation of citizens, and a balance of work and life.

Today, Denmark has been listed as the most environmentally friendly country in the world. It is said that the transportation in the national life of the country is mainly based on bicycles. As long as the people who come in person have a deep understanding, no country has ever had as many bicycles as Denmark!

01.Finland

Finland ranks first in the measurement of happiness, and the results may be shocking! But it is indeed considered to be one of the best countries in the world.

So, what exactly makes the country so different?

The main reason is the miracle created by the Finnish national education system.

Because there is a specific requirement in the country’s education system, most teachers are required to have a master’s degree, and more of the focus of their education system is on experience learning rather than testing.

According to the research conducted in 61 countries of the world: Finland has been declared as the most knowledgeable country in the world.
